  • 250ml refrigerated almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chopped apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins

PREPARATION

In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk and SEEDS OF CHANGE® Organic Wholegrain & Wild Rice with Quinoa & Barley over medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot and grains are softened.

Chop apples into slices. Divide apple and raisins among bowls.

Divide warmed porridge among 3 bowls.

Drizzle with maple syrup.
