  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil or extra virgin olive oil
  • 250g chopped kale leaves
  • 75g shredded carrots
  • 100g spring onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 225G SEEDS OF CHANGE® ORGANIC SWEET AND SOUR ORIENTAL SAUCE
  • SEEDS OF CHANGE® Organic Wholegrain Rice & Quinoa with a Hint of Garlic 240g
  • 100g bean sprouts
  • 75g shredded carrots
  • 150g fresh courgette noodles or spirals

PREPARATION

Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.

Add kale, carrots, and spring onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp tender (6 to 8 minutes).

Add SEEDS OF CHANGE® Sweet & Sour Oriental Sauce; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (2 to 3 minutes).

Heat SEEDS OF CHANGE® Organic Wholegrain Rice & Quinoa with a Hint of Garlic according to package directions.

Place warm rice on plate and surround with vegetables in sauce, bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and courgette noodles.
